Dalia created TNM to teach people who find meditating boring, difficult or too frustrating to do learn how to meditate more easily. When your mind is very active or you have a hard time concentrating, if you identify as intellectual and/or impatient, meditation can feel extremely challenging. TNM bypasses the frustrating parts by teaching you how to go deep right from the start. The experience is calming, interesting and even fun!
